Overall my experience has been very good. The staff members have been courteous and responsive. It has not been flawless and (unfortunately) Veridian was not 100% in charge of the service delay that occurred.

I had never built a home before but my experience with Veridian was amazing. From the contact person, to the designers and the builder - everyone was great. They were helpful, informative, and caring. My builder Andrew was terrific. I told people what a great experience I had and they said they'd never heard that from someone building. Well, I picked the right builder and am very happy with my new home.
