As first time homebuyers, we were unsure if we should buy new or not. After doing a lot of research and touring homes (shoutout to our realtor, Dustin!), we decided to purchase new through Veridian. So far, we’ve had a great experience and have been enjoying our new home. Veridian is great for first time homebuyers because of the support and warranties they provide.

We’ve had a great experience with our new home. We really like the house and the neighborhood, and it has been a wonderful fit for our family. The yard is well thought out, but it has required some maintenance, due to previous snow removal damage that created some patches.
