I would recommend Veridian if your budget constrains you else go with another builder. Parts of Veridians building process is good but bulk of it is slow and takes lots of back and forth communication to get things right.

A+ from start to finish. The new house is absolutely spectacular and amazing quality. I love it. My Veridian team were top-notch every step of the way. I worked with Trey, Andrew, Laura, and Mekenzie. They were very friendly, professional, and wonderful to work with!

The Veridian process was seamless. This is our second build with Veridian and they’ve only improved with time. The only suggestion I would provide would be to incorporate a design visualization system so homebuyers can see all selections throughout the home. A huge thank you to Jeff and Richard! Jeff was always very accommodating and professional. Richard was dependable and thorough. Both Jeff and Richard were highly organized, detail oriented, provided excellent communication, and applied their years of knowledge to design/build our beautiful new home. Thank you, Veridian!

Veridian Homes has many home styles and neighborhoods to consider as a homebuyer. Their ‘ self-tour’ system to view homes without appointments really facilitated our decision. Whether a buyer wants a custom built home or a move in ready home, Veridian Homes should be considered.
