My wife and I recently built a home with Veridian. We considered other home builders in the area, but we are so glad we signed with Veridian. The process was terrific from start to finish. Rachael helped us find the perfect lot and floor plan. She was awesome to work with throughout. Cody was our personal builder and he walked us through each stage of the build. This was really nice for us, given that we are not technically minded people.

This is my second home with Veridian Homes, and there is a reason I came back. I could not be happier with my new home or with the experience from beginning to end. I started the process with Norman, who was also my New Home Specialist for my first Veridian home. Because I had such a great experience with Norman the first time, coming back to him was an easy decision, and somehow he was even better the second time around. Norman is patient, kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to understand what I wanted and was incredibly helpful from the very beginning, from selecting the right floor plan to working through modifications and getting the entire process off to a successful start. From there, Mekenzie and Laura guided me through the interior design process, and they were absolutely amazing. They were extremely patient and accommodating, had great ideas, and provided valuable insight throughout every decision. Their knowledge and guidance made what could easily have been an overwhelming process enjoyable and exciting. Once construction began, Collin took over as my Personal Builder. To say Collin is a rockstar would be an understatement. He was absolutely incredible to work with, and I trusted him completely throughout the build. He was extremely responsive, transparent, accommodating, and proactive. If something needed attention, he brought it to my attention before it ever became an issue and always had a plan for addressing it. I’m sure I tested his patience more than a few times throughout the process, but Collin was always kind, professional, understanding, and fantastic to work with. It is very clear that he is exceptionally good at what he does. Challenges inevitably came up during construction, but Collin handled them quickly and efficiently, kept everything moving forward, and made the entire process feel well managed. One of the things that impressed me most was how well the project stayed on schedule. The closing date established early in the process never moved, which is pretty remarkable for a new home build. The subcontractors also did excellent work, and there were very few issues with the completed home, honestly fewer than I would have expected with any new construction. Most importantly, I absolutely love my house. The finished product exceeded my expectations, and I’m extremely happy with both the home and the experience of building it. Would I build with Veridian again? Absolutely. Without hesitation. I’m a repeat customer for a reason, and I will gladly recommend Veridian to anyone considering building a new home. A huge thank you to Norman, Mekenzie, Laura, Collin, and everyone else who helped make my new home a reality. You all did an incredible job.

I had an amazing experience with Veridian Homes from start to finish—10/10! Tammy was incredibly helpful throughout the entire buying process. She was always available to answer any questions I had about the home, the building process, and the finishes, and made everything feel comfortable and easy. Cody did a phenomenal job building a truly remarkable home. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the mechanics of the house, as well as other build options and features. I really appreciated how informative and thorough he was. I was also incredibly impressed with how well the entire building timeline was managed. Completion dates were consistently met and, in some cases, even ahead of the contracted timeline. When it came time to close, the house was truly move-in ready, which made the entire experience that much more exciting and stress-free. Gary was also wonderful to work with and took the time to walk me through lawn care, maintenance, and treatment plans, which was incredibly helpful as a new homeowner. Overall, everyone I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I always felt comfortable asking questions and received timely answers throughout the entire process. Even after closing, I continue to feel supported, and Veridian’s easy-to-use website makes it simple to address any future needs or questions. Thank you to Tammy, Cody, Gary, and the entire Veridian Homes team for making this such a wonderful experience. The quality of my home and the care throughout the entire process exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with my new home!
