Veridian makes buying a home easy. You can pick from any options they have built, or work with a Veridian employee on designing your own. They are of great quality, the project manager has been in constant communication checking in make sure everything is going well. It is very jice to have a move in ready home, not worry about the major replacements or concerns of an old home and have a team of people willing to help as a resource with aby questions large or small.

In addition, our personal builder, Collin, took great care to make sure every detail was exactly what we wanted. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things right really stood out. As first‑time home builders, my wife and I chose Veridian after touring one of their prebuilt homes and meeting with a New Home Specialist. From the start, the specialist was warm, enthusiastic, and incredibly patient, taking the time to answer every question we had. We were immediately impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail in the model home, as well as Veridian’s commitment to building high‑quality, energy‑efficient homes. Features like 2x6 exterior wall construction—allowing for greater insulation—and the 9' ceilings that create a more open, spacious feel on the main floor were especially appealing to us. Overall, our initial experience gave us confidence that Veridian prioritizes both quality and thoughtful design.
