our Realtor Suresh helped us to introduce to Mungo Homes (Brian). It was a mail away closing, but Brian , Jarred and the rest of the crew made our buying and weekly updates gave comfort with our home progress and I understand some of the warranty and other things are tough to go over during online meetings but the team did their best.

Review of Overall Experience

We were not informed of our closing date, although all parties (aside from our agent) knew the date 3 months in advance. Mungos lender of choice was pushy and tried to scare us into accepting mortgage terms/buy downs that were not in line with market conditions. Our builder Kyle was attentive to our notes and requests throughout the process. Our house was moved over 15 feet closer to the neighboring property than displayed on the plot plan without our consent or knowledge. This was changed after we were under contract and we had to advocate for the updated plot plan. Our AC unit is almost on the neighbors property. I also am disappointed in the quality of the paint in the home on the walls, doors, and trim. It is flaking and scratches too easily. When I use a magic eraser to clean it, my paint comes off. Also, our fireplace does not work, it was noted before closing and has yet to be fixed. Otherwise, we love our home and neighborhood.
