Me and my Fiancé had a good overall experience with our time with Mungo building our first home. Everyone was super nice and responsive for the most part. The only issues we noticed was when we would ask specific questions sometimes we didn’t get answers to those questions. We just would’ve liked a little bit deeper explanation on some of the little detail things of the house. Our shutters also got installed on the wrong side and we had to call it out. We were trying to get shutters added to the other side but were told they couldn’t do that to follow the plan. However if we never said anything about the shutters the plan would’ve been violated anyway. So just the small details we feel like could’ve been cleaned up a bit, however with all of that being said we have loved our new home. We absolutely would recommend Mungo Homes to anyone looking. Kyler and Alex throughout the whole process made sure we felt comfortable and updated throughout the whole home building process. I would ask Kyler a question and she I would get back to us as quickly as she could. We appreciated that.

Everyone was very helpful and informative and the home inspection was nearly flawless with almost no issues found - extraordinary for any home, new or otherwise. I was especailly impressed with the builder Aaron and not only his responsiveness and communication during construction but also how thorough he was explaining the functions of the house. A great experience from start to finish!!
