Overall not bad. Had a problem with the plot plan. It showed that part of our property was in a flood zone. When brought up to the sales representative he said we could back out but we're not getting our money back. Shady way to do business. Was also told that the retention pond behind our house would have fountains by the sales representative that was a lie. Advertisement for this community Garden Grove says there will be walking trails I highly doubt it. Alice is fairly well built except for the trim the trim is a hack job as far as I'm concerned. And why put three quarter round up against the baseboard when you could just run the flooring first and then put the baseboard over the flooring the house would look much better and not like an afterthought. Also wish I had more information about the HOA way too many rules. And the thought of having to pay $75 every time I want to ask to do something is completely ridiculous

Everyone was great from start to finish, in particular Logan (the contractor) who was super organized, is a great communicator and was always available to us regarding any questions or concerns. Also Amy, who helped us get the exact home we wanted and was awesome throughout the process. Finally I need to mention Kelley at Silverton Mortgage who got us through the whole potentially stressful mortgage approval process with surprisingly little stress.
