The entire staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns were answered quickly, confidently and accurate .

Stacy, Shea, and Wendy all took care of me and answered questions when I had them. They even still answer when I reach out about questions concerning my home. Their customer service is pleasant.

Tim and Steven the builder were great! The Corporate experience was terrible. Contacted Matt, VP in South Carolina and left several voice messages. Matt never once returned my calls. Receptionist in SC office told me she had also given him my messages verbally. Poor customer service. I am a hospital CEO and my board of directors would have my ass if I didn't respond to a paient. Also an individual in the field by the name Esmerelda never would respond to repeated calls.
