While the process was almost seamless, the financial portion using Silverton Mortgage and more specifically Alex was a disaster. Her unprofessionalism was astounding and was well documented on the survey we received for her performance. The builder (A.J.) while very responsive and friendly was not fully informed or knowledgeable on the functionality of all the homes features nor had the correct contact information for the utilities and we were left on our own to research, When we asked for corrections with repairs (for instance the siding) we were told it would be repaired three times and we ultimately ended up doing ourselves, when we requested owner manuals we either received a copy via email or not at all.
Mungo homes new homeowner representative and the builder were exceptionally communicative and responsive about any concerns or questions. Overall a pleasant experience and good quality work.

Blue tape was rushed and many items not fixed. A lot of my inside doors don’t stay shut. Quality is not a first priority.
