This is my second Mungo home and it was an even better experience this time around! I loved the weekly updates from the project manager, I didn’t get that the first time around
Kim and Chase were always helpful with all what we were asked for. Very nice people.
Mungo Homes was a pretty good experience. I would not recommend Silverton Mortgage unless there is incentive to use them (build incentive rate).
JT and Brian were absolutely amazing and helped make the process feel easy. They answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns in a prompt manner.

Buying a home with Mungo has been one of the best home-buying experiences we’ve ever had. Mungo’s employees are some of the most professional, polished, and polite people we’ve met! Having gone through a smaller development group in RI for a new-home purchase many years ago, we felt like just a number to that group. We feel the complete opposite with Mungo. The employees have made us feel so welcomed, integrated us into the home-buying process, and were with us every step of the way. Even three weeks in, we’re still being greeted with smiles and waves. We are so thankful for everyone here.
