This is the second home I have purchased in my life, and this experience was far better than when I first bought my home in Clarksville, TN. Definitely love the process and the ongoing updates. It gave me complete trust in the team and calmed my nerves if I had any concerns about the status of my home.

Except for the long delay for getting occupancy permit (not Mungo's fault) and lack of info about them, it all seemed to go very well.
The only thing I need to say is that you have a fantastic team in place. The experience was the best new home build we have ever had.
