HVAC got heating issue, and with three technicians scheduled issue hasn't resolved. To heat the rooms thermostat has to be set 78F. Resulting in high electrical and gas bills. Floor squeaks in the master bedroom. I was told the squeak issue was resolved after it was mentioned in the home inspection report. The paint is not of good quality, it gets markings even with a soft touch.
