Our experience with Meritage Homes has been excellent from start to finish. The home offers outstanding build quality at a competitive price, with great value-added features included, such as a washer, dryer, refrigerator, solar system, and professional landscaping. The attention to detail throughout the home is impressive, and the finishes feel modern and well-crafted. We were especially pleased with the cleanliness of the home at move-in. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and ready for us to settle in comfortably. The community and surrounding areas are also well-maintained, which reflects the care and professionalism of the team. The customer service has been exceptional. Jose and Andrew have been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. They are always just a call or text away and have consistently addressed our questions and resolved any issues promptly. Overall, Meritage Homes has delivered a high-quality home, excellent customer service, and a smooth homebuying experience. We would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.
