We had a great purchasing experience from our initial visit of the model home to our final walkthrough. It's been five weeks since we've closed and every minor issue, Jose has been incredibly helpful with and has provided us with a white glove experience. The overall experience is fair to good as there have been items throughout the home that have needed repairs such as the driveway entrance that was not aligned to the garage entrance. However, once the issue was reported, it got fixed which makes this rating good.

Jose and Andrew answer my calls and help me patch things up if I see any imperfection. That is really valuable and appreciated. Great experience overall. I don’t know how I’m gonna go with any other builder after this. Seems like I’m going to have to be exclusive with Meritage only. I love it, thank you guys.
