Jose and Andrew answer my calls and help me patch things up if I see any imperfection. That is really valuable and appreciated. Great experience overall. I don’t know how I’m gonna go with any other builder after this. Seems like I’m going to have to be exclusive with Meritage only. I love it, thank you guys.

Scott helped me a lot. From my acceptance of the house to some problems in the back house, I asked for his help. He quickly helped me check and deal with it. It was really a good service. Now I have been recommending my friends to buy the remaining houses in this community, because I think the community with good customer service is safe and comfortable to live in.

Torri has been very responsive - I’ve had to ask for help on several things. The quality of the bathroom fixtures - toilet, shower, sinks - does not seem great. I think corners were cut there. Overall happy with my condo.

My experience with Meritage Homes has been outstanding from start to finish. The entire home buying process was smooth, professional, and well organized. The quality of the home exceeded my expectations, and I appreciate the attention to detail that went into the construction of my new home. I would especially like to recognize Steven, Steven P., and Vince for their excellent customer service, professionalism, and responsiveness throughout the process. They were always willing to answer questions, provide updates, and ensure that any concerns were addressed promptly. Their dedication made the experience much less stressful and helped me feel confident in my decision. The home is energy efficient, well designed, and provides great value.
