The customer service provided by Ricardo and team was Superb! They have been responsive and extremely helpful during our moving process. As for the home itself, we love the design of the home and the amenities the home itself offers ie (solar panels, smart stove, smart warming/cooling system, and the security system offerd) However, the home echos, voices travel, you can hear every cabinet and door close even when trying to softly close them.
Ricardo, Hector, and Andrew have been extremely helpful as we transition into our new home. They have been very quick and responsive to our needs.
On move in day, the house could have used a deep cleaning to address items found in my home inspection report, such as bug beetles in all the ceiling lights and mouse droppings in the pantry and stairs. The experience I’ve had with the building team has been great.
