Have the walk through free access to the home, the builders rep made us follow him to each room it puts pressure and makes things time allocated so we can not inspect at out own pace.
Change fireplace to natural gas.

How well built the home is
The way the vent work. In our master whenever the HVAC turn on it becomes a suction cup and the door is hard to open. Or will slam the bathroom door.
