The people are great, but issues with details make me doubt everything else. Scratched glass doors, chipped tile, extra drill holes for glass enclosure, squeaky floors, tile installation, flaws that were covered over in interior doors and just painted-not really sanded visibly different finish, not painting the tops of door trim, the house not clean when delivered, the front door not being sealed -- all make me question the rest of work underneath.

They rushed to finish the home like being on a deadline. No I have warranty issues and I can’t seem to get them out here to fix them all? Not good for business

Overall experience was really great. There were a couple of hiccups throughout the construction process, but that's the case with every single construction project and Bo was fantastic at communicating any issues, questions, concerns, etc. I've already told multiple people looking to build a new home about Brown Haven and our positive experience throughout the process.

A great experience overall. Though there was considerable turnover on the Brown Haven team, there was not a loss of continuity or care. Each team member remained responsive and engaged.
