Building our new home with Brown Haven Homes was truly an exceptional experience from beginning to end. From our very first interaction, their entire team made us feel welcomed, valued, and like we were becoming part of a community rather than just building a house. The culture at Brown Haven is warm, fun, and genuinely people-focused, which made the entire process enjoyable and exciting. A huge part of our positive experience was our Project Manager, Chris. Chris was incredibly attentive, communicative, and professional throughout the entire build. He kept us informed every step of the way, always making sure we understood the process and felt comfortable with what was happening. Building a home can feel overwhelming at times, but Chris consistently gave us confidence and peace of mind through his transparency and dedication. One thing that really stood out to us was Brown Haven’s commitment to customer care even after construction was complete. During our walkthrough, the warranty staff took time to meet with us personally and reassure us that we would continue to be supported long after move-in day. That level of care meant so much to us. Even months after our home was completed, Chris has continued checking in regularly to make sure we are loving our new home and to ask if there is anything else he or the team can do for us. That kind of follow-through is rare and speaks volumes about both Chris and the entire Brown Haven team. We are beyond grateful for our experience and would absolutely recommend Brown Haven Homes to anyone looking to build a home with a team that genuinely cares about their clients long after the building journey is over.

Brown Haven Homes made the construction of our home easy, and stress free. Jocelyn was so patient with me while I tried to figure out which house and plan was best for us. She spent hours with me. Angelica, the designer, guided me and helped me choose the interior and exterior of the house. I could not have done this without her. She made it fun and effortless! Sam, well I can't say enough good things about him. He is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, down to earth and polite. He is well suited for his job. He answered EVERY call from my husband even after hours and weekends. My husband was a pest!! He communicated and kept us up to date on every step of the build. His customer service skills are exemplary. Sam is a true asset to Brown Haven. It is hard to find this kind of customer service any more. Julian kept me informed of the financial aspect. She was always very sweet and answered my calls or emails promptly. Thank you Brown Haven Homes for making this a very pleasant experience. We LOVE our home.

The entire process from then initial site evaluation, interior selections, and the construction process was effortless and thoroughly enjoyable. Our construction supervisor Bo, was absolutely fantastic. He was attentive, easy to talk to, and consistently communicated with us through the entire build.

Overall, we’ve had an amazing experience. Brown Haven has exceeded our expectations and addressed any/all concerns we mentioned. We were able to come see the home frequently during the build process and they are so efficient and do a great job. I cried when I saw the finished home. We are blessed to have this amazing house and will be recommending Brown Haven to others! Thank you Brown Haven for doing an amazing job!
