The trim and paint job is not quality. Doors, too. The paint should be a gloss, not flat. And doors: downstairs bathroom door, door to storage under stairs, bathroom door in master bathroom should ALL close in. It’s awkward and not well-thought to open out and is upsetting. They should all close in, and it bothers me. And because the frame has to be changed it isn’t an easy fix. Also, in other homes Brookfield sells handles are provided, but not on courtyard homes. The cabinets are ones you can’t put handles on, so it’s been hard to open until I can buy and hire someone to put them on. The home should include handles, like the regular homes.
The quality of the home speaks for itself—it’s clear that Brookfield takes immense pride in their craftsmanship. But what truly sets them apart is how much they genuinely care about their buyers and making the entire journey a positive one.
