I am truly pleased with the patience and customer‑focused approach of the Brookfield Residential construction team, especially Oscar, Mike, and Todd. Throughout the entire building process, they were transparent, accommodating, and consistently committed to doing what was right for the buyer. Like any construction project, there were moments when items were missed or misunderstandings occurred. What stood out was how the team handled those situations. They never hesitated to step in, correct issues, and make sure I wasn’t receiving anything I wouldn’t be happy with. Their pride in their work is evident, and on many occasions they went above and beyond to ensure the home was delivered in a way that made me feel confident and satisfied. Even during closing—despite extreme weather challenges—they worked tirelessly to deliver the home on time. After closing, they continued to honor their commitments and follow through on the promises made. While there are still a few items pending, I have complete confidence that they will continue to deliver with the same dedication they’ve shown from the beginning. One moment that truly reflects their character was when Oscar personally ensured the garage was cleaned for my housewarming ceremony the day after closing. He did the work himself, even injuring his hand in the process, yet still returned in the following days to make sure everything was perfect. That level of care is rare, and it meant a great deal to me. This team exemplifies professionalism, integrity, and genuine customer care. I am grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone building a home.

The tile floor was laid poorly with insufficient grout. Walking barefoot is unpleasant, dining chairs don’t move well and the deep gouges will collect dirt.
