The Brookfield Residential team has been phenomenal. They have helped me every step of the way from purchasing the home to ensuring that everything works properly. Alfredo and Clay even went out of their way to help set up my dryer. I love my home and I love my Brookfield Residential team.

From the very start, our sales rep Amy took care of us, from exploring floor plans that fit our needs and lifestyle, being flexible at showings, and over all professional experience, she was a consummate pro. After finding our home, we were always updated as construction was progressing which gave us peace of mind as we waited on our closing date. Brookfields process was turnkey when it came to all things including closing which was stress free. Colton was our project manager/builder with Brookfield and he was absolutely fantastic. He truly cares about what he does and the impact building a home has on a family and person. He had professional answers to any questions we had, was solution oriented to any speed bumps, and is just overall a good guy. Again, a pro at what he does. We were then introduced to our Customer Care Representative Angel. Another incredible representation of someone who actually cares about what he does and is competent about this industry. If we needed any help or had any questions, he was there and insured us he will continue to be throughout our homes warranty process. This experience truly was stress free and we couldn’t be happier.
