Brookfield had 5 star customer service with sales. Dealing with management and walk throughs. Very informative with all our questions and always had someone available to call. Made the house buying process a cake walk. Definitely buying from Brookfield again!

Overall, our experience was excellent—from customer service to follow-ups and everything in between. The team that supported us consistently demonstrated professionalism, care, punctuality, friendliness, and strong communication, which was extremely important to us. That said, the quality of the home itself did not fully meet our expectations for a builder positioned as more of a luxury option, or at least a step above others like Lennar or D.R. Horton. Some of the finishes throughout the home reflect this—for example, trim work appears uneven in places, and while the kitchen cabinet materials feel sturdy and high-quality, the craftsmanship is lacking. In particular, the overall level of workmanship and attention to detail falls short of what we anticipated. Despite this, the customer service and team experience were excellent.

Customer service was excellent from the very first time we spoke with Amy during the home tour, all the way through the 20-day visit with Joe. Kolby did a great job explaining everything and shared helpful tips that showed they genuinely cared about us having a great overall experience. The only thing I would point out is that the lawn care before delivery could be improved. It would help to apply ant, bug, and insect lawn treatments, as well as some basic fungus control. These are relatively inexpensive steps that would make lawn care easier before moving in. Overall, we’re really in love with everything.
