My move-in experience has been quite eventful, with major plumbing challenges arising almost immediately. Within the first week (Christmas week), I encountered plumbing issues, and unfortunately, the same problem resurfaced a month later, leading to major repairs on the drainage pipes within the house. Brad was responsive in scheduling the necessary repair work, ensuring things moved forward as quickly as possible. The most extensive repair involved jackhammering 25 feet of indoor concrete across two rooms, leaving dust throughout the house. However, Brad and the contractors worked efficiently to resolve the issue and restore my home to its original condition. In total, five plumbers, three concrete/jackhammer workers, two house cleaners, one handyman, three carpet installers, and two HVAC cleaning specialists were involved in addressing the problems. Additionally, I faced frozen pipes, but the plumbers promptly identified and resolved the issue. If nothing else, this process has certainly drawn the attention of several curious neighbors, wondering what all the commotion has been about. Now, as the final frozen pipe repairs—such as reconnecting pipes and completing the vanity—are scheduled for next week, I am looking forward to finally having full use of my home, nearly three months after moving in. While the process has been challenging, I appreciate the effort and dedication of everyone involved in getting everything back in order.
