My overall experience was favorable.
Experience was very positive, only issue was some indentations in flooring.
although it wasn't ready when it was supposed to be, I was treated well.
It’s not all that great, because it takes a long time when you report issues that someone gets back to you to either solve the problem or just let you know what they decided..

All in all it was a good experience. There were some trying times during the process. We all moved in and love our home.
In the weeks leading up to our settlement we did not get timely responses or updates to issues that were holding up the settlement date which made it extremely difficult to plan our move. Our contact individual was no longer employed and the individual assigned to us was not in the Lakeside office and was out of the office and not able to be reached. This created additional stress during an already stressful time. Even though the hold up was due to water issues, timely emails would have been helpful. Since our move , Bradley has been responsive to any concerns . We appreciate his efforts to ensure our satisfaction with our new home.
Our home is very nice and satisfied with our selections. There were a few minor issues that. Required attention. Brad was very helpful and you can tell he cares about his work and keeping customers happy. While we had some minor issues we know they will be resolved on time. Overall we were happy with the efforts of Brad and staff.
Closing was on time, and house is lovely
