Review of Overall Experience
The most impactful aspect of our experience was working with the superintendants Jacob and Angel. They were incredibly responsive and thorough in their communications and follow up with us. They provide an excellent level of service.

Review of Overall Experience
Workers did not put the finishing touches on the things, Like 1- Painter did paint on walls but some places are paint bleed and marks on wall . 2- Electrician did electrical work but switches not install properly . 3- kitchen cabinets has lots of chips. 4- Two front windows are not cleaned from outside. 5- Plumber did not open or forgot to open for washer. 6- walls has deep scratches/small holes like painter or dry walls installer did not put wall filler or putty . 7- out exterior color still not completed . 8- Pantry shelves screws lose. 9- shower tub damage within 2 months (no kids home , no pets home, used this just 3-4 times) - peeling and cracks the shower tub from the walls of tub. 10- Our rooms still too cold , window leakage or installation issue not sure , please fix it. it gets too cold. 11- Within 2 months we got foundation crack.
