Liked Most

The hardwood floor which was from L & L 3rd party company. She took care very well to give me water proof floor for my home. Actually, the builder had to be taken care but the L&L company had take care well.

Would Change

There are many areas Brookfield has to be improve. Mainly they have to satisfy customer but that didn't happen. They looks only money & customer who are ready to pay and they don't bother about customer satisfaction. Also, the minimal things has to be provide along with price customer paid. For Kitchen, Hood with vent and that is very important these days, but they put higher price and they charge for every single piece. They say's that is Brookfield policy. It mean, they don't bother about customer relationship. Only one thing, I saw my sales person helped at the time my closing date, because my uncle died right before closing day and I couldn't able to make it, but the Peter had helped me to post pone after 2 weeks. Finally they say something and they do something.
