We truly did not plan to purchase a home and were just looking to get an idea of what was available. However, our experience was so lovely and the quality of the build was so obvious, that we were hooked from the start. Nick answered all of our questions thoroughly and is extremely knowledgeable. He was honest, considerate and helpful. Because Nick was so knowledgeable, he sold us on not only the home but on Brookfield. Athena and Kay were also kind and respectful and made the experience feel like home. We met with Shawna to choose blinds and a washer/dryer. She was extremely communicative and kind. She was patient with us as we went back and forth on decisions. Once we purchased our home, David went above and beyond trying to make sure the home was move-in ready and also provide us tips for how to best care for the home moving forward. His energy is unmatched and we appreciate the amazing customer service. John assisted us with touch ups needed in the home and he treated it like it was his own. Additionally, Matt made the lending process as seamless as possible and he was very responsive and helpful.

Ilanna was phenomenal. Wasn’t the style of home my wife was interested in but checked every box. The last one we didn’t have on the list, she just heard what we wanted and said, you should probably just check this one out, and she was correct, we fell in love. Jeanine has been awesome, and Paul was the best. Excited to see the yard and surroundings get filled in.
