Few lighting location, Kitchen cabinets other then that I am satisfied with home and services provided.
Each floor plan are so thoughtful, they all got their pros and cons, so balanced so you are kinda okay with whatever floorplan that is left for you. .
I'm not a pro here, no comments, we like it so far and you are doing way better than those in Great Park.
The warranty person, Joe is amazing! He makes me feel like I made a good decision buying here.
Probably the enforcement on the amount of cars. Several homes in the high rental section of the neighborhood have 6+ vehicles. The sidewalks and crosswalks not on a house front are neglected and have massive overgrowth and/or weed problems.

I did not have a preconstruction meeting. However, when I found out it had started, I did have a zoom walk through. We lived of state when we purchased.
We love the open floor plan, the kitchen is PERFECT, large amount of kitchen counter & cabinet space, downstairs master bedroom and size, kitchen rear layout, overlooking the pond, master shower, rear back porch, front porch, curb side appeal, large extended garage
Add a bath tub to the master bathroom, add a linen closet to master bathroom, have larger closets in master suite, had an opportunity to choose plant package and landscaping, making the pantry walk in, having a door leading into the garage.
