Review of Overall Experience

Our experience varied at different stages. Rick was fantastic to work with and did his very best to ensure the home was ready and things were fixed prior to settlement. Everyone was very responsive during the sales and construction periods and were always willing to answer questions and discuss concerns that we had. We purchased a home that was already under construction, but some changes could still be made. We are grateful that Mary assisted us with pointing out things that we could choose such as the flooring, exterior color, and adding stair railing. There were a few things that were not included in the home that we were not aware of and it would have been helpful to know or at least discuss certain things customers would expect that were not included (garage door opener, ceilings painted white, etc.). Construction standards have fallen and the craftsmanship/work product is not necessarily what you would expect for a $620k home. Also, the finishes and included fixtures chosen by Brookfield are the cheapest and lowest quality on the market akin to what would be seen in an average apartment. With fewer and fewer options being included in the base price, providing fixtures of medium quality should be standard for homes with base prices exceeding a half a million dollars. Brookfield, as the developer, has a reputation in other states of starting communities like Snowden Bridge with promises of lots of amenities and then not following through on proposed plans and reducing the quality of the development. There are rumors in this community that the second pool, which was marketed to us during our sales experience, will no longer be built. I hope that is not the case, but many residents in Snowden Bridge are growing frustrated with the slow decline in the development of the community. Most of my frustrations during this process come from the very apparent prioritization of profits over quality and consumers.

Review of Overall Experience

Overall, the experience was great. There was a situation with BRP mortgage, but that had nothing to do with the Brookfield Team. Mary and Cody have been great stewards for Brookfield and we hope to build another home with them in the near future.

Review of Overall Experience

The sales staff and construction managers are fantastic. I was somewhat disappointed that the quality of certain things, especially the painting - there were areas not sanded well, and painting was a bit sloppy.

We had a very good experience with Brookfield. We always felt informed and found it very helpful to have the Brookfield Residential app.

Review of Overall Experience

Everyone I have dealt with via Brookfield has been fantastic. Bill, Dan, and Rick have been perfect communicative and caring about our family through the home buying process. Could not recommend them more. No house is without issues and Dan, and Rick were responsive, informed and helpful. Now your air conditioning unit installed Airtron is another story the install is fine, it is the customer service after that fact that has been dismal. Rick has done everything he can on his end to assist us with this, but we have had a part on order for eight weeks, luckily the unit works without the part. This is just unacceptable I would recommend that Brookfield stop using Airtron as their installer and post warranty hvac specialist.

Overall our experience was great. If there was anything that needed to be corrected Brookfield worked to make it happen to make sure we were satisfied. From sales to punch out.

Review of Overall Experience

Overall the experience has been great. The build quality is also good. Only concern I had was not having the Garage Openers part of the builders responsibility.

Review of Overall Experience

Worst move in experience I've had, this is my third new construction home and by far the worst. Nothing was ready, no mail, postal service, bad laundry design that complicates washer/dryer setup, assist. Construction manager who lacks communication skills, and failure at every level of the build. From the developer, builder, and general contractors.
