Review of Overall Experience
The building experience with AR Beachland Homes was a great one with very little stress or worries. Each team member was very helpful, and we felt that they truly cared about our project and us. There are so many people on their team we are so appreciative of their expertise and commitment to building an incredible product and making the house feel like our home. We had spent many years talking to Bethany in sales and never felt pressured by her to build - she seemed truly happy for us when we were ready to start the process. She made the initial designing of our floor plan so much fun! We had purchased a 5 acre lot several years prior and AR Beachland Homes made it very easy to work with the county and do all the lot prep. They thought of things that we hadn’t in order to improve our lot; I was so amazed that the owner, John, came out to the lot when we were initially staking out the house placement. He was present several times during the process as well which is generally unheard of with other builders. Before building, the design appointments with Tiffany was so much fun for us to really bring to life all our design ideas we had been dreaming about for many years. She helped bring all of those ideas together; looking at our home now, our collaboration created such a stunning design and an unbelievably beautiful home! Our construction manager, Leslie, is incredibly talented and detail oriented! He and his team did such a fantastic job and you can tell he is truly dedicated to building a perfect home. No one else is better than him!! Lastly, we must thank our project manager, Lyndsay. I can’t say enough good things about her! She is sharp and very detail oriented as well, kind and compassionate. Anytime we had a concern or question she was always quick to find a solution and many times had already been taking care of an issue before we even noticed - we nicknamed her “Eagle eye Lyndsay”! She made us feel comfortable and assured throughout the whole process. We absolutely loved working with this whole team and will continue to sing their praises and recommend them to anyone looking to build! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts- you all are a very special team and it shows that you put your hearts into our home!
