Review of Overall Experience
Being able to work with a small team from pre-sale to close, was a big benefit. The contract process was very straight-forward and easy to manage throughout the project. Having one design center to go to and select all the house options was a major benefit. The only thing I would improve was being able to see all the appliances prior to close. All in all this was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend working with Bruce and his team to any prospective buyer.
