Review of Overall Experience
Again we have built three of the 5 luxury homes we have lived in over the past 30 years. Patrick, Shane and the supporting AR team were by far the best team and build quality that we have experienced during our lifetime. Many people say we were crazy to build again - that is furthest from reality when you build with the right team. In an age where people try to cut corners - Patrick and team were a breath of fresh air - addressing concerns with professionalism and grace. My wife is a very successful real estate agent and her standards are high - that said we have recommended AR to about 10 people and have supported their quality in conversations throughout the community. We would build again with Patrick and Shane tomorrow.
