In this particular case we owned our property already and needed a builder. We did a ton of research into local builders and interviewed 4-5 before deciding on Bryan. Bryan was very professional, responsive, and attentive right from the start. He took an actual interest in the floor plan we had designed and gave us very much needed input on the good and bad of the design. From the initial meeting with Bryan we felt very comfortable dealing with him. That remained the same through the entire process. His communication through the entire process was also top notch.

Our overall experience was very positive, and I think the team took good care of us. However, I think that East TN lacks enough talented tradesmen, and all of the builders struggle with it. Our home is beautiful, and we love it. We were treated very well by the AR franchise here in Knoxville, and we continue to be so as we work through punch list items.

The sales reps and builder president with whom I dealt were all friendly, consumate professionals with a deep knowledge of their product. The builder foreman is wonderful to deal with. No request was too big or too small to be quickly addressed. These were all comments I could not make about any of the other builders I considered as we looked for our next home. Once my wife and I walked into the AR home and the community we felt we'd found our next home. There were no unpleasant surprises and all commitments were honored.

We were very pleased. Ashley was clearly invested in the process, with a genuine desire to deliver a quality home that we loved. Tea, as a contact, was delightful, both professional and knowledgeable. Louis, our construction manager was eager to ensure we were satisfied with the progress and construction of our home.

It was mostly a positive experience - and we love the house - but after-sale situations have soured us on this builder. Several of the homes he built in this community before ours are having major issues with both quality and responsiveness. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority.
