The thing I like most about the care that I received from Bryan is I did not have to worry about him being honest with my build. I knew he would give me a quality home that I would be proud to own.

We appreciated Steve sitting down with us and going through the items in our home that were yet to be completed. That went a long way to boost our confidence to have our punch list items addressed. Some of the above ratings would have been lower had the survey been issued prior to Steve meeting with us.

August 2026The Cliffs at Mountain Park

Overall Rating: 1.0 / 5

This is the worst construction experience we have ever had after building five new homes and two commercial buildings. Will never use AR Homes again and definitely will not recommend them to anyone looking to build a home.
