In Ottawa, just 6.7 percent of respondents to a national homeowners’ survey said that elevator televisions in mid- and highrise dwellings were a “must have” feature. In Vancouver, the number is 20 percent. Does that mean Ottawans are more gregarious? Vancouverites more addicted to electronics?
