Review of Overall Experience

If there was one thing that I would change it would be that you do not close until everything is finished. We realize that when there is building going on it is difficult. But with the constant dust/dirt and trucks it is a challenge. Also, the lawns were not even put in until almost 2 months after closing. So, it would be ideal if you didn't close until the entire home was finished. We would like to point out that Jeff has been amazing. If you give an employee of the year award, he is most deserving. He is always on top of things and works with us to accommodate as best as possible. Plus whenever we have to have an answer to something, or to move trucks so we can get in to the house, he answers our texts immediately. You have a gem there.
