Mostly positive regarding the work itself and the care taken as noted. Some of the financial and communication aspects not so much. Basically all financial processes are too internally focused with little perception or apparent interest into the way customers think of things. They may be efficient processes when looked at from an inward facing perspective but because they omit the customer they make some process steps incomprehensible. Customers are expected to "trust the process" and "trust Vive" which is basically the exact opposite guidance given by any known source of advice on dealing with contractors. It makes Vive seem shady which I don't think they really are and detracts from the overall erperience.
