Review of Overall Experience
We worked with many wonderful people in the course of our home building experience. Anne was with us from day 1 until the day that we closed. She was outstanding! Anne responded immediately to emails, texts, and phone calls. She was always happy to help with whatever question/concern that we had. I do not believe that this experience would have been as positive if it wasn't for Anne. Lisette in the design studio is a talented designer. We are pleased with our design choices, and are grateful for her help and guidance. Wes is absolutely outstanding! He is highly knowledgeable about the construction of the home, and his confidence eliminates all worries. He was always happy to answer our questions and concerns. We have had a few minor issues that came up during the 60 day period. Dana responded immediately to these issues. She is pleasant and helpful; we are very appreciative. Finally, Anthony was the person who came over to take a look at a couple of things. He was knowledgeable and also very personable. You have outstanding employees; we hope that you appreciate and reward them! We are so grateful to the wonderful people who we had the pleasure to personally meet. To the "behind the scenes" employees and all the workers who built our house, we thank you!
