I selected yes, that I would recommend Trico homes. The true answer is the quality of the home is good. Although there were issues with the purchase based on insufficient details, clarity and guidance in the selection process. The issues that resulted left the sales team helpless to respond satisfactorily to ensure it was made right and fair for a satisfactory outcome and experience. Overall the contract details and process was very flawed with the way items and summaries were never defined or met. The end experience with having zero efforts to preserve my current and future value of my unit has been hugely disappointing. My unit is adjacent to five very large power boxes what are only a few feet from my front windows. These were not shown in the site map and were only labeled as a singular box. I have addressed this with the team on site and Trico”s lawyer again with zero efforts to for example put adequate landscaping or fencing to address this evident issue. Adam & Steven in the West83rd project have been trying very hard to compensate for these incidents and those that have been shared. But again, have not been given support to address this fairly or adequately. I have appreciated their efforts and kindness. Patrick on the construction side has been helpful and excellent, with the move in details.
Trico home has been very good. The only issues we initially had was communication. They later explained that it was through virtuo. Trico or virtuo needs to do a better job about informing people of virtuo. Virtuo only contacted us when it was posession time. We didn't even know they existed before then.
