Have been waiting to complete this. It seems it’s tanking a long longer to get things wrong prior to closing to be completed. Additionally we found problems with things that were stated had been looked at and taken care of. Still hopeful Tralon will correct the wrongs. We are coming up on two months after closing.

There are still issues from our blue tape walkthrough that have not been addressed. Worried that I will have to chase Tralon to get things completed which they said would be done. There are a few quality issues such as the flooring and doors which should be addressed during the build not required to be called out by buyers on blue tape.

This process was very easy and not stressful like I thought it would be. Thanks for making this process as comfortable as it was for a first time homebuyer such as myself!!
