Review of Overall Experience

My name is Haseeb and i can be reached at [redacted]. I bought a home in La reve community Beaumont and i was told my house would be the same as a showhome sansa 2.I was shocked that there were two main things that were not the same as the show home: 1)The bedroom window was not the same window as what i saw at the show home. 2) No windows were given on the corner lot side. ( Left Elevation) At the time of the deal when the drawings were sent my home did not have the same layout as a show home. This is deceiving. I am not an engineer that i would catch mistakes on drawings. I am glad that we caught both of these mistake and had a conversation with the sales guy. The sales guy Shivam told us that he talked to his engineering team and couldnt do anything about it. The house was not even built at that time and it felt like there were a lot of buyers so i got a vibe from him that either you take this deal or leave. How can you make such big mistakes and not compensate the customers. This experience was very painful and was a turn off . We had to take the deal because we did not have a choice at that point of time.
