S&A Homes facilitated a flawless construction experience. Our new home is breathtakingly beautiful! Communication was outstanding throughout.
Simple to deal with, responsive to calls. Could have given more and better information regarding HOA.
Overall, we had a great experience! It's been almost 3 months since we moved in and there are minor things that we need to get fixed in our home. Thus, we are happy with the quality. We are confident that S&A homes will continue to address any concerns we may have. Side note, I am okay with my responses being made public I prefer that my first name is not used; if possible, please use C.F. Otherwise, I do want others to know that we are extremely happy with our purchase and the overall process!

Destiny was wonderful and extremely responsive to all of my questions and needs, which was very comforting as a first home buyer. The house is in an excellent community and well positioned in town (2 minutes from the highway, close to major shops, somewhat secluded). Overall, everything was wonderful!
I think the sales process was great with the exception of telling us about upgrades that were available (paint) and not providing enough of a selection of faucets/fixtures, appliances, etc. as previously stated. Joe and the project management team were great to work with as is David (post close issues). To reiterate, the largest concern was the paint and trim work throughout the entire house. Both flat and semi-gloss paint was used in the bathrooms, several spots on walls needed to be touched up, much of the molding had dents or was patched but not painted.
Overall, we had a very good experience. Preston, the project manager, had to deal with a difficult excavation of the property due to unforseen drainage issues and it was done to ensure that we had no water issues in the crawl space. He also had to deal with numerous issues getting power to the property, which was finally completed a month before closing. The house was actually done 2 months earlier than originally estimated.
