Review of Overall Experience

My fiance and I have been been amazed at the overwhelming quality, service and attention to detail with our new Ryder home. From the first meeting with Dani and the ongoing communication to the final walk through with Bruce, GC -- we have been so impressed. We have felt very grateful to have found this community and to know our home is of the utmost quality. Now we have been "moved in" for a little over a month, we have had a couple little issues-- which anyone could expect with a brand new home-- and the warranty department and rep have been incredible as well. Thank you Ryder! We love our new home!

Review of Overall Experience

Positive overall. Michael Here at Criss Creek was great to work with. Only thing that irks us is TerraWest, who are virtually unresponsive and we are unable to move forward with landscape plans for backyard. Simple items we want to do, pavers, stone. Frustrating. Realize that us no Ryder, but they do reflect on the experience
