I had a great experience with Ryder. From the Michael, my salesman, to Lance and Nate, the builders. Everyone was awesome when I had a question. The follow through was very professional and prompt.

Ryder made this the BEST home buying experience! Taylor was amazing when we encountered some hiccups with an agent who no longer works with the company. He was always very responsive, kind and knowledgeable. Aaron was amazing in helping us navigate the construction process and he was very helpful. Carlos has been great in assisting us with some kinks with some of the stuff in the home. Gary was so kind and helpful. In fact, I am so happy with our experience, I would love an opportunity to work for this company as a part time second job! You can tell by the care and attention they give their buyers it is a solid company.

A number of quality issues, but they were addressed through the warranty promptly. Antonio was great. There are some design choices that are questionable (e.g. electrical outlets in bathroom directly below towel racks was a poor choice).

Antonio is extremely helpful and professional. We are not satisfied by a couple of issues including the last minute addition to a home insurance in place of a street. After communicating with our neighbors they feel that this was not communicated clearly either.

Every step on the side of Ryder was excellent. Only issue was upon closing and issues with recommend bank forcing alternate means to close on home.
