Review of Overall Experience

We had a different home with another builder that started as an okay experience and ended as a nightmare of "wait and see" indefinitely. Rausch Coleman had a neighborhood in the area we wanted -- we were able to get a larger house with a bigger backyard for less money than our original home! Communication was great, everyone was very nice, and overall the house is nice. There are a few things that I wish were different but for a budget builder and beginner home, it's fantastic!
