Review of Overall Experience

The finish quality was not good, and there was no proper walkthrough planned. Lots of paint job and touch up was done in the last 2 days before closing and there was no time given to re-review. Weather delayed the process but no flexibility was given for the closing date. The roofing quality is also very bad, with one round of heavy winds and rain, the shingles are coming out and it was not fixed stating the reason of no warranty for roof. Multiple reasons for bad roofing was given like it was done during cold weather so may not have been set, but builder is not ready to take the ownership to fix it.
