Overall, I rate this company the worst I have ever experienced. This is not my first or second time purchasing a home and I have never been so disappointed. The company is not willing to work with the customer for a mistake that one of their vendors made, the vendor points the finger at the Rausch Coleman and Rausch Coleman is not willing to make it right. I have a wall that is in need or repair because the back splash installed is not the same size as the previous. A closet that is in need of the second shelf rod that was not installed before closing. We closed thinking that in good faith Rausch Coleman would finish the work completely but I can see we were wrong. You have a young sales representative that lacks experience and site managers that don’t pay attention to the details and do not follow up.
