What captured our attention from our initial inquiry into Paparone New Homes? It was the consistent spirit of generosity of time expressed by the sales team. They provided prompt requests for information. The sales website is user/client friendly without the intrusion of unsophisticated AI found on competitive venues. Once our interest moved beyond exploration, the Paparone Team invited us to come and see. So, we set up a two day visit to Whitehall Gardens, and they were ready. Again, there was a refreshing generosity of time and experience - we were able to see houses up close. We left that visit with a reassuring sense of a manageable purchase process, especially considering that we were living in the Charleston South Carolina Lowcountry. It did not take much more to convince us that we wanted to work with Paparone Homes. The team, Bernice, Karen, Patricia, and Mike and vendors like Donna and Beth made the navigation of sales contracts, design selections, and the construction odyssey manageable, a genuinely enjoyable (joy giving) experience. There were challenges like winter snow storms and coordinating the sales and closings of our home in South Carolina and new home in New Jersey that presented moments of stress, yet understanding professionals like Pat and Mike especially, helped us to ward off the frustrations of those things beyond our control. The most telling experiences of our increasing regard and appreciation for Paparone New Homes was the closing, moving and settling in adventure. We were touched by the gentle and warm greetings of Pat and Bernice at closing, the time Mike gave and continues to give in becoming acquainted with our new home. And the spirit of generosity lingers with Sheri M. and the Warranty Team - available, responsive, reasonable. The people of Paparone New Homes (and we are sure that we may have forgotten someone) make our return to New Jersey, our home, so much more right.

I have had nothing but the best experience throughout the process of buying and then moving into my new home at Whitehall Gardens. I really appreciated how they kept me updated every week about the construction progress. My contractor was super helpful and went out of his way during the homeowner walkthrough. Finally, the settlement process went really smoothly. Bernice went out of her way to explain everything and made me feel welcome .

From the day we walked in we liked what we saw. Jen took us around the samples descriding in detail the home. The we sat with Bernice. Bernice had a plan to present her presentation. My wife and I kind of started to jump around with questions. Bernice kindly asked us to follow her lead through her presentation. Boy, are we happy we did. She went through the Marigold options and standard features with expertise. When we walked out of her office we felt very confident we were doing the right thing.
