Review of Overall Experience

We feel we found a home that met our needs and we can see ourselves living in for the foreseeable future. Our only negative is the feeling like our home was rushed and wish more attention to detail would have been taken. Some deficiencies would have been addressed and may have not occurred in the first place.

As mentioned earlier, it will serve Pacesetter Homes to ALWAYS provide various upgrade options at the earliest possible engagement with potential buyers. Secondly, there was nonexistent clarity or communication about what the actual house would look like. There was a misalignment of advertised image and actual final product. I am still very disappointed at the location /placement of the external AC unit. I would most definitely have opted to buy some other unit. I have only lived in it for 2 months now and already the hinges of the front and back doors have become rusty.
