Ashley and Greg were responsive. The house showing was enjoyable, as well as other times I requested to stop by. Greg has been very communicative since the move in and assisted with many requests.

Ben kept me informed on the status of the new build and Pacesetter met their building date. Greg, my project manager is a detailed and courteous person. He took care of all touch-ups therefore making my walk-through a memorable event. He continues to provide excellent customer service to me after the completion of the sale. Customer service is everything and Pacesetter is delivering that through those who work and represent their company. Ricardo Lara , the representative for the home warranty is also delivering strong and timely customer service.
