We were very excited about the opportunity to buy with NorthRidge. Our second time purchasing a home from this company, and they did not disappoint! David was very patient and informative and walked us through the entire process. All employees at the site and within the corporate offices were very easy to work with…a smooth transaction…they even tried to move up the purchase date so we could move in earlier…absolutely wonderful to deal with. We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Northridge Home Builders! From sales to possession, every step of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism, care, and efficiency. The entire team is extraordinary – very helpful, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly. Special thanks to David Leatherdale and Brenda, who truly take pride in their work and made us feel so well supported throughout. Both are valuble assets to your strong organization. Every time we reached out to customer care, Brenda made the experience positive and responded promptly, which gave us great peace of mind. The walkthrough with Mark was exceptional – everything was explained so clearly, and his attention to detail gave us great confidence in our new home. Even during the 3-month follow-up visit, Dave and Eddie were extremely helpful. Dave took the time and effort to explain everything thoroughly, which we truly appreciated. Compared to our previous home-buying experience with another builder, this was miles ahead. Northridge truly sets the standard with their commitment to service, cooperation, and customer satisfaction. We are so happy to be associated with Northridge and couldn’t be more pleased with our new home. Highly recommended!
