We really enjoyed the process. We have built our past two houses as the general contractor. Northridge was upfront with everything and there were no surprises or shortcuts that we could see. The important things were done extremely high quality. And like we anticipated some budgets for things were a little low for our taste but we understand not everyone wants to raise the price of their place so the budget was adequate. We increased where we thought was appropriate. We ended up with a beautiful home! Thanks to Northridge!!

It has been a positive experience. At one time I vowed not to buy a North Ridge home due to the salesperson at an open house of a new build. I found her opinions to be negative when I was asking about the suite incentive. As a caregiver of a child with a disability, i found the attitude off-putting. For some of us, the suite incentive from the government is valuable to our life circumstances.

One thing we were disappointed with was the time to resolve the lighting issue in the bathrooms. Through it all North Ridge allowed us to pick out other light fixtures to acomidate the change in height by the electrical contractor. Thankyou. At this time we are presently living in our present home until we sell.

This was our first time building a home (or having one built for us) and it went extremely smoothly. From the initial contact to the final walkthrough, North Ridge staff has been friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build in Saskatoon & area.

We contacted one sales agent tabitha from Northridge that didn't respond to our follow up questions and totally ignore us until we reached out to another agent, Matt Hircz. He didn't hesitate to message us back, even on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

I would recommend north ridge as a builder to anyone I knew in the housing market. The quality is exceptional and the customer service has been phenomenal.
