Overall I had a positive first time home buyer’s experience. From start to finish I was provided with all necessary information and kept abreast of all updates. Seeing the finished work at the walk through was surreal and I was truly amazed by the interior design.

I need to clarify my recommend for North Ridge. I understand that Saskatoon and area are experiencing rapid population growth leading to increased housing demand. The result is competition between builders for subtrades, lack of skilled workers at times, increased building costs with future price uncertainty, and having to deal with Saskatchewan's highly variable climate. It is a challenging time to build a house. In my review I touched on the main concerns I have with our home, though there are many more that hopefully will be addressed in the warranty process. North Ridge, like many other home builders in Saskatoon, have stepped up to try to meet the demand. My concern is that they may be overextending themselves, spreading themselves to thin so the speak with the result that they may not be able to meet homebuyer's expectations. If someone asked me for a recommendation about purchasing a North Ridge home I would tell them to to their homework, be prepared for delays, price uncertainty, and have an understanding of the current home construction situation in our area and what that all means for the end product.

Very impressed by the quality of our brand new North Ridge home, the attention to detail that North Ridge has taken in making sure the handoff was smooth, and the excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend this builder!!
