This was our first time building a home (or having one built for us) and it went extremely smoothly. From the initial contact to the final walkthrough, North Ridge staff has been friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build in Saskatoon & area.

We contacted one sales agent tabitha from Northridge that didn't respond to our follow up questions and totally ignore us until we reached out to another agent, Matt Hircz. He didn't hesitate to message us back, even on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
