I didn’t really deal much with pacesetter in the beginning since I had my realtor that found this place for me. The communication I did have near the end (for my walkthrough) and currently for any questions I emailed or called about were answered in a timely manner. It appears well build and sturdy. Sound proofing could be better between walls but I’m not 100% sure how well you can sound proof a duplex so maybe it’s normal. Love the binder they provide for house maintenance and important information to remember. The layout is satisfying and everything seems to work as it should.
