As first time homebuyers, our experience from start to finish was seamless. We were especially impressed with Zach, the construction manager on site who went above and beyond to deliver a beautiful home. From walkthroughs to follow ups on work orders, communication and expectations are always clear and laid out. I recommend Meritage homes to anyone looking for a new home.

GC Rob buenísimo full atento!!! Daniel y Sahun también muy buenos, donde no me fue bien a mi consideración fue con mi broker y mi realtor pero esto ya fue mi responsabilidad… otro punto que añadiría valor es que al momento de hacer el cierre de la casa debería ser una experiencia linda.. y la verdad no fue muy placentero el momento

We were overly pleased with the professionalism and kindness we received compared to other competitors we were shopping with prior. Aaron was very helpful but the Construction man named Rob was over the top. Rob went above and beyond and I will recommend your homes thanks to him.

Everyone involved in my purchase was professional, caring, and friendly. We had a quick closing with almost all paperwork being signed online via Docusign. All identified issues were satisfactorily addressed prior to closing. The only reason I gave home quality a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the interior paint. The interior paint is very thin and it is a matte finish even in the kitchen. It does not take much to scratch the paint. Everything else throughout the house is high quality and I have no other criticisms of the home quality. Thank you!

Overall we love our Meritage home. This is the second one we have bought. The closing was a little hectic with copies not being made, and the notary missing pages, but overall, the process was great, Elif and the gentleman in charge of doing our walkthrough were excellent to work with.
