Over all our experience has been wonderful with Meritage homes and our new house. The sales experience was very good. The quality vs value is exactly what we expected. There were a few issues but the construction team worked them all out. So far we are very happy with our decision to buy a Meritage home

There’s a lot of ants all over the house, mosquitoes, all kinds of bugs. It was a good experience when we 1st moved. Beside dealing with all those bugs. A lot of issues we addressed were ignored or not solved. Until now. Some of the managers or whatever they call them are very rude. They enter your house ignoring you like if you’re not there. Even the lawn mowers are rude

From the first contact with Austin at the homesite to the walk thru with Rob and loan officer Stephen, my experience has been phenomenal. I have purchased homes in the past, but the attention to detail and the care, interest, and professionalism the Meritage Team has provided has been second to none.
