Over all the showing of the house by Austin very well spoken explain the process of purchasing the home awesome and Zack doing the walk through seeing things that I did not see very nice well spoken felt very comfortable talking with Zack explain all the warranty’s great experience would recommend merritage homes and already have told people so thank you have a nice day.

Absolutely loved Brad. He is very informative and helpful. Everyone has been great but he goes above and beyond. Quality of the home only got a 4 because there have been some issues and delays with repairs after closing but nothing major. Still have tiles that need repaired and finding more hollow ones. A wrong piece was ordered to repair sliding door panel. Like I said nothing major or concerning. Brad has been great, punctual, always on time, and great at handling issues.
