Review of Overall Experience

Construction of the home appears cheaply done with corner cut to save money. However, the response from Zach and Meritage has been excellent. They have addressed all our concerns and requests promptly, efficiently and courteously. The concern lays within the walls and areas of the home that cannot be seen. Based on the cheap quality of materials and workmanship in the house that is visible, I am concerned for what has not yet been identified.
