As a first-time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Working with John, my loan officer, was truly exceptional. John was incredibly informative, patient, and proactive every step of the way. He made sure I understood the entire loan process and always kept me updated, which really helped ease any stress or uncertainty. His professionalism and communication made all the difference. I also want to give huge credit to Rob, the construction manager at Meritage Homes. His attention to detail, dedication, and follow-through were outstanding. Rob ensured that every aspect of my new home was completed to the highest standard and took the time to address all my questions promptly and thoroughly.
