Absolutely loved Brad. He is very informative and helpful. Everyone has been great but he goes above and beyond. Quality of the home only got a 4 because there have been some issues and delays with repairs after closing but nothing major. Still have tiles that need repaired and finding more hollow ones. A wrong piece was ordered to repair sliding door panel. Like I said nothing major or concerning. Brad has been great, punctual, always on time, and great at handling issues.
