Review of Overall Experience

Please note that delighted comments only reflect the work and help completed by the warranty individual Paul who took over for Troy. I am sure Troy is busy with several homes going on but from the first time we met one week before close issues we brought up were not taken care of until Paul took over. Several things were noted at the week prior to closing and several lingered and remained well past our closing day. I met with Troy prior to closing and we went through the house noting several things in which none were done the day of closing when we showed up. Luckily David was around and several things were able to be completed. The day after closing I sent Troy a text about a knocking our AC was creating downstairs but did not receive a response. That Monday after closing I still had not received a response nor did he send anyone by the house to fix any issues even after sending a follow-up. When I was not getting responses from Troy I contacted the sales agent Austin and Shelia our realtor to try to get things in our house fixed in which I was told by Troy my realtors job was done and she got her commission and she should be left out of anything to do with my house. Troy was unprofessional in telling me that it was my fault things were not getting taken care of because most people take a week off after they close on a home. I later had a conversation with Troy where he stated he would contact all the venders and get a date they could all come to help but instead he just gave them my number to contact me and in text conversations stated that the vendors would just contact me. Troy then finally came over and got somethings fixed with one thing being drywall. A painter came by but couldn't paint due to the drywall being wet and said they would comeback that Wednesday along with the AC guy that was finally coming over to look at issues we had for two weeks but Troy had not worked to get setup and fixed. On that Wednesday I reached out to Troy to make sure the painters stopped by as we discussed and didn't receive a response and no painters showed. This was an ongoing issue where I would take days off work or work from home with several things still needing to be corrected but Troy not having the vendors stopping by the house. Troy made this an extremely frustrating job for me and his lack of responses or action was a big reason that something that was supposed to be a great experience and fun time anything but that. Thankfully we were given Paul before our 21 days. Paul was professional and had all the issues fixed in a day.
