Overall we love our Meritage home. This is the second one we have bought. The closing was a little hectic with copies not being made, and the notary missing pages, but overall, the process was great, Elif and the gentleman in charge of doing our walkthrough were excellent to work with.

Construction of the home appears cheaply done with corner cut to save money. However, the response from Zach and Meritage has been excellent. They have addressed all our concerns and requests promptly, efficiently and courteously. The concern lays within the walls and areas of the home that cannot be seen. Based on the cheap quality of materials and workmanship in the house that is visible, I am concerned for what has not yet been identified.

Brad was absolutely amazing! GREAT personality..made me feel right at home in babcock, attentive to all concerns and everything was done in quicly as possible. This man deserves ALL the credit for my experience being as pleasant as it has been so far! He should definitely be rewarded!
