Mr. Williams, Meritage Construction Manager, has done a phenomenal job handing over the house at ****** British Circle. He expertly scheduled the trades to complete all tasks ahead of closing and handled the punch list flawlessly, leaving zero issues. The handover process was simple and exceptionally professional. Professionally, I have tremendous respect for his knowledge, experience, and how he treated us as customers. Well done, Mr. Williams! :-)

The entire experience purchasing a home with Meritage homes was superb from the first encounter at the sales office all the way till the last on the final closing day.
