There was a small issue when purchasing the home when the price was changed on me last minute. That was about the only complaint that I could give. Other than that it has been a fantastic experience and soon after moving in we noticed that the downstairs bedroom was not cooling as intended. It took less that 24 hours for someone to come out, check the issue and have it corrected.

This is my second Meritage Home and even a better experience than the first, which was also good. In my opinion Meritage is at the top of the list for all production builders

Was extremely pleased with Natalia, representative of Meritage Home and her staff Tim the home maintenance manager aexend the Title Company that worked on my home closing process. Very professional and excellent customer service. I would recommend to all that Meritage Home are best in service and quality works.

Sales staff was very scattered. We had to rep repeatedly reach out to them to get answers. The house itself was poor in quality. We've already had to take 9 days off of work to get things fixed. Some vendors had to come three times to fix one thing. Jack the head of construction was the most uncaring unremorseful person I've ever met and all my years of working and home industry. It was obvious all he cares about is closing the house and could care less after that. The whole process has been nothing but a nightmare and we can't wait to sell the house move him or else. Two and a half months later we're still trying to get things fixed.
