We have always received excellent service from the Meritage Homes team. The house was very well built and beautifully finished, and the entire process gave us confidence and peace of mind. I like the Meritage Homes from the beginning of the process with a real estate agent Andreas he was very knowledgeable and helpful during the buying process and when I moved in the house the Builder Rob trying to make sure everything is working proper in the house. He is very fast responder for every question I have.. overall so far I am very happy.. I highly recommend Meritage Homes.👌👍

From our very first visit to the Meritage model home, we were warmly welcomed by Fernando, who was extremely attentive, friendly, and professional. Throughout the negotiation process, he was always available, flexible, and willing to help in any way he could. Fernando was undoubtedly a key factor in making this transaction happen. His dedication, responsiveness, and support gave us confidence throughout the entire process. His work was definitely instrumental in helping us purchase our home.
