I am very happy with our HOA, Scott, who really answer your calls immediately as I am in a new home and although they were very well explained at the beginning, with all that excitement you forget most of it. But Scott has been very kind to explain it as a good customer service handling nicely. Will very much appreciate all he has done.

By the grace of God, we drove through your neighborhood on our way to sign a contract with a competitor. Chris, one of your construction managers, noticed us driving slowly through the neighborhood and offered to show us a home. Dayana was working in Daytona that day and your sales office here was closed. Dayana graciously called us and made arrangements to meet the following day. Within 36 hours of meeting Chris, we had a signed contract with Meritage. We then had the pleasure of meeting Shane, who has gone above and beyond to make sure our new home is perfect.

We would like to recognize that John has been excellent throughout the entire process. He has consistently answered our calls and messages, treated us with professionalism and kindness, and has always been attentive to our concerns. Whenever we reported issues or needed repairs, he coordinated everything effectively and followed up to make sure things were addressed. His customer service, communication, and willingness to help have truly made a positive difference in our experience. Separately from John’s performance and service, we do have concerns regarding certain aspects of the home’s construction quality and materials. For example, the second-floor flooring makes noticeable noises when walking, and footsteps can easily be heard downstairs. We are unsure whether this is related to the flooring materials, subflooring, carpeting, or overall construction methods, but it does not feel consistent with what we expected in a newly built home. We believe these concerns are related to the construction/material quality itself.

Bad communication! The house sold to us is roach infested! I called and reached out several Times letting them know about the situation, the water smells, the house is infested which we reached out to them as well. The house has alot more cracks we see. House its not good! You pull the stove and you see alot of crevices /openings that are not sealed and caulked! Water drainage in the mastersbedroom smells like sewage when not used
