From start to finish my overall experience was wonderful. The team made sure my wife and I's first time homebuying experience was magical. The highlight of the experience was definitely how personable the builder and Realtors were, and how quickly and straightforward they were with their communications. With Chris on the home building side and Andrew on the realtor side, I felt I was in great hands. Any speedbumps we had along the way were resolved quickly thanks to them.

Our overall experience with Meritage Homes was truly amazing from start to finish. Diana was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process — it didn’t matter if I texted her on a weekend, early morning, or late evening, she always responded quickly and never left us with unanswered questions. She made the entire home-buying experience feel smooth and stress-free. I would also like to highlight Chris, who did an excellent job during the walkthrough process. Everything we discussed was taken care of, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Anytime I had questions, Chris was also very responsive and helpful. We are extremely happy with our experience and very grateful for all the support, professionalism, and kindness we received from the entire team.
