Complete process was made quick n easy
Our address was incorrect from the start, Meritage blamed that on the city. We are still having issues with mail, shipping, and address recognition for federal and state sites because of it. Now when applying for gas we were informed gas service should have been completed per the initial neighborhood build. Instead of working to fix the issue I was told to submit a warranty claim. The claims portal does not work and the help lines are unanswered during normal business hours.
