We had a great experience with our real estate agent Andres, Dustin, and Juan. They were very helpful and acknowledged all of our needs and concerns. They were quick to respond and help us through the entire process. We enjoyed working with them and enjoy our house and community as well.

We were thinking the process of home buying will be hectic, difficult and so confusing. But with the help of Everybody involve in the process it went very smoothly. Everyone was very experienced and knowledgeable in their field . All documents are explained very nicely by Sales person of Deervalley Meritage home. Walk thru was very informative done by Construction Manager Mr. Ben . He explain each and every corner of the house very nicely. After closing after sale service was also very nice like taking follow-ups placing work order if something need to be fixed or if something need touch up etc. was great. I wish they keep doing well making people dreams of buying new homes true.

This is my second Meritage Home. My other home is in Folsom purchase in 2021. Very satisfied with our house. Also appreciate the service I receive from Scott. He was very helpful and has gone beyond his service to help with us. Very responsive with our issues which are minor, but he was always available. Scott even helped us with a wandering garden snake in front of our house :). He continued to be available and we just want to make sure he is recognized for an awesome job. Thank you Scott. We would like to give thanks to our sales guy as well Dustin. He pretty much answered most of our questions throughout the process. He made our buying experience very good.

I wanted to take the time to recognize the amazing experience I had with the Meritage team throughout my first home purchase. Anthony, the construction manager, was such a great resource even after the sale. He was always personable, understanding, and transparent. Even though I had many questions, he was there whenever I needed him and always took the time to explain things clearly. I can definitely see why you have him in management. He truly made me feel supported throughout the process and was the icing on the cake for the entire experience. Jenny in finance was also incredible. She even worked on the weekend and answered all my questions to help get the deal done. With rates constantly changing, the process was stressful at times, but she stayed patient, helpful, and made everything happen for me to purchase my first home. Conor, the sales representative, was great as well. He provided all the information I needed to make the right decision and was very transparent when presenting the home. I never felt like he was just trying to sell me something — instead, he focused on helping solve my needs and making sure I was comfortable with the decision. Overall, the entire Meritage team made my first-time homebuying experience very pleasant, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Very good home. It was a nice experience buying a Meritage home. It would be more better if bathroom fixtures(toilets & faucets) are upgraded. Also cabinets would be better to have some drawers on them. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
