Amazing. The construction manager Dennis has been amazing. He’s been excellent at answering questions, scheduling follow up things needed for the house, etc. He’s made this process so smooth pre-and-after closing

I had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing my home with Meritage Homes! From the very beginning of the process through closing and beyond, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. I am especially impressed with how responsive and helpful the contractors have been. Whenever I’ve had a question or concern, they have been quick to respond and make sure everything is addressed properly. Their communication and commitment to customer satisfaction have truly exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with my new home and the overall experience. Purchasing a home is a huge decision, and I feel very fortunate to have had such a positive experience with Meritage Homes. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new home!
