Review of Overall Experience

Tamika, our salesperson, has been great and we enjoyed working with her. Our experience has felt very unorganized, however. We had issues with our home missing some built ins, the mailboxes still are not done two months after moving in, we are paying HOA dues and our amenities are not even being built yet. The area next to our home is being treated like a dump site so garbage flies into our yard daily. So many spec homes are being built and not many are selling. We are concerned that potential buyers are deterred because of the lack of amenities. Many buyers in the area are also looking for a neighborhood with retail/restaurants incorporated.
