Review of Overall Experience
My experience with Meritage was really positive. I had never purchased a new build home before and it was really wonderful to have help with all my questions and issues both before and after the closing. Tamika was extremely helpful and was able to answer every question and fix every problem quickly for me. She was very flexible with my schedule and was basically on-call for all my needs. Trevor (construction manager) was also very helpful with construction issues and my walkthrough. Brett (warranty issues) was the opposite of helpful but Tamika was then able to navigate those issues for me and make sure I had everything needed before moving in. Would love to buy with Meritage again!

Review of Overall Experience
Over all the experience was great except the bad experience i had on the final walkthrough with builder. Also the Wall paint quality can be improvised house walls are painted with flat paint which is not washable neither touch up can be done the option to fix those small mark is to repaint the wall which is expensive.
