Ryan is amazing! He has been excellent to work with. I have not had the same experience with Vincent, the construction mgr., he is unresponsive and hard to get in contact with. I emailed him over a week ago to get my doorbell camera installed and have yet to hear back. However, Ryan has been super helpful and responsive and has made me feel at home.

We love our home! But there have been issues with hvac, leaking faucets, patchy dead grass. And Meritage warranty is slow to get contractors out to fix it. We wish there was no HOA. We love our neighbors.

We are first time home buyers so going into the process my partner and I were very nervous. However, Meritage Homes made the process very easy and transparent with us and my realtor. Builder incentives like home appliances included , closing costs up to $15k, and 4.99% interest rate is what really made the deal worth it. There was great communication between us and the construction manger as well. The entire process was smooth. I would highly recommend to all first time homebuyers.

We had a great experience with Nathan, Reese, and everyone at Meritage homes. We had a bit of a goat rope with the Mortgage arm on needing to do a few things twice due to timing, but all in all good there too.

Our experience was great, we loved our relator and Brit as he explained everything very thoroughly and has been a great contact for us with questions we may have for our house. The only thing that i would suggest to make the experience even better is making sure everything pertaining to the Internet is handled before moving in because pulling up the grass that has already matured is an eye sore until it gets replaced.

megan and nick were the absolute best. everything we needed fixed, if anything got fixed after blue tape. customer service was 10/10 the builder was 1000/10. the home is 100000/10. i am very pleased.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Their contracts are long and confusing. Important details are hidden with no explanation. They send the contracts directly to me without including my realtor and push me to sign without a chance to make sure I even have time to read thoroughly. Some of their vendors do crappy work for them. They take no responsibility or ownership of a problem. It gets passed down the down the line without getting addressed. It took about 5 weeks to actually speak to someone about a complaint and they were no help. I went to the CEO of Meritage and still the issue was not addressed. It was one of the worst experiences of my life and would highly suggest not buying one of their homes. If you end up having to, then make sure the contract covers your interests. Don’t let them cheat you out of the buyer incentives. They will do it if you’re not careful. Again, the worst company! Later in this survey you ask about a new home orientation. I guess it does not apply since I never got one. Another part of customer service they lack. And to be clear I can not knock the actual salesperson. She was good to deal with but by no means was this process pleasant. So I struggle to respond to the questions about sales objectively
