Chase transitioned as our construction manager prior to our closing and it has been a fantastic experience working with us. He has been highly responsive, accommodating, and overall, a great person to work with. The Meritage team is very lucky to have him! Yahyaa also provided us with plenty of support

I had a great experience overall. Everything went smoothly, and the customer service was excellent. The staff Britt and Mikey were professional, helpful, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to others, which I already have done so.

Floor creeks in upstairs bedrooms, window won’t close properly with screen in place,doors won’t close properly, front door has gap at the bottom allowing bugs to enter, electrical outlets in front room not working. So far that’s what I found.
