I tried to get gutters to be part of the deal on this home but the sales counselor wouldn’t budge. This house has been here for the last 2 years as the builders office. I have quite extensive landscaping to do on the sides and backyard due to poor drainage and no gutters.

Overall experience has been fine. I had some issues with my front door and garage door but the warranty rep Kevin took care of every issue I’ve come across pretty quickly, usually the same day. Very impressed with his work and efficiency. If this survey was strictly about his performance every question would be answered with a 5/ Delighted.
