Your mortgage and title company are terrible with communication and responsiveness. The experience felt like I was dealing with people that didn’t know their job. I’ve bought many houses and this by far was the worst and your people took no accountability for their actions.

Overall I appreciate the quick response to the issue I had in purchasing my home. A couple of issues are still being worked out and I am confident that they will be completed and fixed. I guess Im just disappointed that some of the issues even occurred.
