The buying process was easy. James was very informative and timely throughout the process. Complaints that I have: the lack of accurate information provided for utilities, trash, etc., as well as being advised collection of garbage would be included in the HOA fee but is not. The response time to warranty requests are VERY slow! Alan was great to work with and ensured all blue taped items were fixed before and a week or so after closing (for items missed/not working).
