My personal experience has been mostly positive, but several of my neighbors who bought into the neighborhood earlier are experiencing problems with their vinyl siding buckling and warping with weather changes. I guess time will tell…

La experiencia en general fue muy buena, solamente como lo expresamos anteriormente en otra encuesta tuvimos dificultades con el asesor de Loan depot Aaron. Su falta de gestión y falta de sentido común nos ocasionó multiples retrocesos. Gracias a Sunni pudimos finalmente cerrar la compra de nuestra casa.

The overall experience has been wonderful! It’s great knowing that the Meritage team is there any time we need them. Shea has been wonderful in keeping us informed all about our home and what to expect as time goes on. He has been professional and flexible during this whole process! We couldn’t recommend Meritage Homes enough!
