Review of Overall Experience

The sales guy, Kolton was great up until we needed help after move in. He refused to respond to messages and emails. The contractor, Kevin was horrible. He did not take care of things we addressed twice before closing and we finally had to reach out to his supervisor to get things done. There was a lot of work that wasn’t completed or done correctly that they had to come in and redo. We still have a significant crack in the concrete that hasn’t been fixed and we have asked them to repair. We love our home but the entire move in and hiccups with the build was very frustrating. Not sure if I would recommend Meritage to family and friends.
