Overall, the team has been wonderful. Everyone I have worked with was responsive and helpful. The home I love. Some things didn’t work as planned, but the team was great as getting l appointments setup and have 4 next week. Only recommendation is not play try on Side of driveway. Tree is already hitting car when I pull in and will likely have to be removed in the future which In turn will cost the home owner money. Also for the speakers in the home I would recommend a Bluetooth device (wake amp) as a possible install feature as I’ve heard others having struggles with getting them setup. Overall, a good experience and hoping to make this a home for a long time. Thank you!

The quality of construction and attention to detail in our Beaver Pond home immediately stood out. The floor plan is thoughtfully designed, the finishes are beautiful, and the home feels solid and well-built. Throughout the process, the McCaffrey team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. What impressed me most was their commitment after the sale. Questions have been answered promptly, the warranty team has been easy to work with, and any items we've identified have been addressed professionally. That level of customer service gives you confidence that they stand behind the homes they build.
