Initially, great. Have been very disappointed since the final stages of construction started. Getting items addressed that were identified before we moved in has been incredibly slow and frustrating.

Even though we were out of state at the time, we enjoyed the process of building the home remotely with a few on site visits. Jackie and Darrel were great to work with and addressed our concerns promptly. The only serious issue we are experiencing is a faulty window in the living room. Pella is aware of the window situation but has not corrected the problem as of the time of this survey.

Overall we had a very positive experience with Korndoerfer. We really appreciated everyone's knowledge, experience and responsiveness. There were some bumps along the way with pricing, contractor craftsmanship and expectations, but we are thrilled with how our home turned out.

Building with Korndoefer Homes was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The team is patient, listens to you and talks with you, not to you. That makes a big difference. It helps you know they are hearing you and not just trying to sell you a cookie cutter home. They care about your vision and work hard to make it happen. They are helpful when you need advice and provide very useful information to help aid in decision making and staying on budget. I would definitely build with Korndoefer Homes again!
