Review of Overall Experience

While we love our house, our experience hasn’t been great, and certainly hasn’t been what one would expect with a luxury home builder. Our sales experience was misleading, the process was inconsistent (between sales, design, and construction), prices were misquoted and quality of some of the work was questionable, and the response on the portal was very underwhelming. We were basically told we can’t report anything till at least 60 days but we had a few problems that couldn’t wait that long.
