Review of Overall Experience
The construction manager was too busy with multiple developments and as a result mistakes were made at our property. We had paid for stone on the outside Fireplace and they installed brick. We were given the option to have it changed out but decided against it because we were worried about what damage they would do. And now everytime we look at the fireplace we are unhappy. A sprinkler head was placed right where the spouting emptied into the container. The septic was 1st buried in the wrong location and then wasn't buried deep enough. The design center was incompetent! They did not have all the pricing which caused us to have difficulties in deciding which upgrades we wanted. And you had only 1 appointment, so it was very stressful and did not get exactly what we wanted.
