From signing our building contract to the day of closing JTB provided personal care and support. Their daily communication via an assigned supervisor kept us up to date as things progressed. We were encouraged to contact him with any questions and concerns. We love our new home and the quality of workmanship!

Great customer service by Troy! Terrible service by Marianne!!! When we had our appt to review interior design, she would not let us upgrade to anything! Basically her answer was this is it. She wanted to get us in & out, our appt was 15 minutes! She does not represent JTB in a professional manner.
