Review of Overall Experience

While I believe the house is solid, so many little things were overlooked or just not deemed important. For example, the crown molding in the kitchen has been pulling away from the ceiling which looks terrible. Presently, it is close to an inch from the ceiling today. Whomever was in charge of caulking didn't know you can't just use any caulk around sinks, etc The caulk has turned yellow, turned chalky & is seriously cracked. This morning almost every window has ice built up INSIDE. Yes it's cold outside, but this is Michigan, it's January and one should expect cold. I understand mistakes are made - like forgetting to screen in the screened in porch and once corrected overlooking adding the facia on the outside. It's scarey for me, I am alone and trusted that JTB would do a good job & make my house safe. But with some of the "little" stuff done so poorly I do worry about the quality I don't see...
