Our Real Estate agent was contacted by someone in your sales department. Based on conversations they had both felt that this house would be a great fit for my wife and I. We had a very good idea what we were looking for. This home on first walk through ticked almost all of our boxes. We asked for a couple of up grades in our formal offer and after a little back and forth we were able to come to a mutually beneficial agreement. The purchasing portion of this process was seamless and the Hopewell staff were remarkable to deal with and well versed in their roles. One the purchasing process was complete it was time to plan for the possession and preliminary walk throughs. Communication through this entire process was top shelf and we could tell that the Hopewell staff take great pride in the work that they do. There was very little that needed to be done after initial walk through but the few minor tasks that were needed were dealt with in a quiet and seamless manner. No one questioned our asks during the preliminary walk through; the work was assessed and completed. On move in day the key hand off happened within minutes of the arranged timeline and Hopewell staff were in attendance to make it a memorable experience for us. The Hopewell Team has been nothing but remarkable through this experience and Samantha and I are incredibly grateful. I, along with the family in tow transferred many times through my career, we know what a bad experience looks and feels like, so having an experience as positive as this one was tremendously appreciated.

It’s been quite a few actual structural mixups and it’s quite frustrating. Like a brand new home. The furnaces are connected wrong to different furnaces. One supposed to be for the basement, but the upstairs bedroom is connected to it. That’s very disconcerting. The possession move quickly, which was great, but never envisioned. I would have to access my home, buy a wobbly makeshift ramp. And I never believe that I would actually have a door that I could not use cause it doesn’t provide steps doesn’t seem like a reasonable item! You gave a door, but you can’t use it because there’s no steps that’s wrong

Everyone we have dealt with has been amazing at Hopewell from the moment we walked into the showhome ,Ashley was amazing to deal with !Our design consultant helped guide with her expertise love the choices. The site super Shay was great and guided us through our site inspections showing us every detail in our beautiful new home with his vast knowledge and sense of humour . The overall experience with hopewell has been top notch and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great home !
