Right from the beginning where met the Sales lead we felt comfortable and appreciated. The communication was excellent and it continued right until we moved in. Overall we have been very happy. The only issue has been the grading in the back yard. At our move in walk through it was noted it needed to be repaired and we were told it would be done soon. We are coming up on 1 month and it has yet to be completed. When we talk to the Hopewell superintendent in our area he says they know it needs to be done but there is no firm timeline. Other than the grading and now water drainage issue, the house is great.

It’s been a great experience however it would have been nice to have the garage and walk way poured at the time of move in or very close afterwards, as well the parging and loam would be nice to have completed as of yet none are.

We understand the importance of completing seasonal items and want to assure you they remain a priority for our team. Seasonal work is completed between June 15 and October 15, once the ground has fully thawed and conditions allow for a quality installation. While some items may not be completed at possession due to winter backlogs, our team works diligently to address them as soon as weather permits.

There are warranty claims in progress. Fridge is missing toe kicks, leak from outside going inside. Missing down spouts. But everybody is very responsive and very willing to help which betters the whole experience
