It’s been quite a few actual structural mixups and it’s quite frustrating. Like a brand new home. The furnaces are connected wrong to different furnaces. One supposed to be for the basement, but the upstairs bedroom is connected to it. That’s very disconcerting. The possession move quickly, which was great, but never envisioned. I would have to access my home, buy a wobbly makeshift ramp. And I never believe that I would actually have a door that I could not use cause it doesn’t provide steps doesn’t seem like a reasonable item! You gave a door, but you can’t use it because there’s no steps that’s wrong

Everyone we have dealt with has been amazing at Hopewell from the moment we walked into the showhome ,Ashley was amazing to deal with !Our design consultant helped guide with her expertise love the choices. The site super Shay was great and guided us through our site inspections showing us every detail in our beautiful new home with his vast knowledge and sense of humour . The overall experience with hopewell has been top notch and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great home !

The initial purchase portion was very positive. The house in its built state seems to me to not be of a quality I would expect for the price and to be turned over to me waiting to see if I would notice or that no one else noticed the lack of quality. Everyone I’ve worked with has been great so it’s not a Hopewell staff problem except for the not noticing the deficiencies initially. I was extremely thankful for leniency when my house wouldn’t sell before I moved here. I felt supported by the sales team and it all worked out in the end. Overall a good experience but I’m concerned about the quality of the build. I still haven’t heard back regarding a wall with a fireplace in it not being centred as it is supposed to be. This lack of response is concerning but I am trusting in Hopewell that they people are good people so it will be rectified.
