Overall it has been a great experience from first meeting with a sales associate (Jill) to the closing and move in with the whole team. The only hiccup was a missed 14-day post move in visit bc the construction manager was on vacation and the meeting sidn’t get moved to his fill-ins calender. I would recommend Hartford for sure!

Sloan was extremely helpful and excellent to work with. She responded promptly to our requests and needs. Ethan was such a pleasure to work with. He knows his stuff and did everything that we identified that needed fixing. He also found things to work on beyond what was needed. Both Sloan and Ethan take pride in their work and it showed. We also enjoyed meeting Pat and other senior leadership at our closing.

I had an excellent experience with Hartford Homes throughout the home buying process and have really enjoyed the community so far. Sloan was wonderful to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, flexible, and always took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Any time I reached out with questions, she responded quickly and made the process feel smooth and well-supported. After closing, Cody took over and has also done an excellent job. He has been very helpful with getting minor repairs completed after the 14 day walkthrough and has been a great resource. I also had a few questions for the warranty office, and those were answered promptly as well. While Cody was fantastic, I still have a rose bush in the front of my house that was supposed to be trimmed all the way dating back to the first walk-through, then the clear-to-close walkthrough, and still has not been trimmed. My only constructive feedback is related to the construction crews still working on nearby homes. They do not always clean up after themselves at the end of the day, and I have noticed wrappers, chip bags, and Big Gulp cups left behind at the end of the day and over the weekend. Inevitably, those items end up blowing into neighboring yards, including mine. I would also recommend a more thorough construction clean prior to closing. Many new build companies guarantee a clean home, and while Hartford states there should be no dust present, I did close on my home with dirt still in the window sills. After the investment buyers make in a new home, I do not think they should have to hire a cleaner to come in and clean again after the builder’s cleaner has already been there. A more detailed cleaning before closing would go a long way. Overall, the neighborhood is great, the neighbors are friendly, and my experience with Hartford Homes has been very positive. I would recommend buying a Hartford Home.

I’m in one of the condos and I have an upper unit, unit number 8. The person living in number 6 has a two car garage right below my bedroom and every time she leaves, I can feel the garage inherit very loudly, especially in the mornings when she leaves for work. I’ve heard from many that the garage are very cheap and a lot of people said they had to replace for a more quiet unit. Otherwise, I am happy with my home and my decision to move into this community.

Would recommend Hartford Homes overall, but lost some confidence when new neighbors informed us that pool in Bloom will not open until 2029. When we went under contract on our new build late 2025, we were told pool would open summer of 2027. No one from Hartford Homes told us in the next 7 months before our closing date that pool construction had been pushed back by 2 years. When we learned this from Bloom neighbors (who had already known for months) we couldn't help but feel that HH should have updated us on this before our closing date. Lost some trust there. Aside from this, our whole experience with HH and our satisfaction with our new home have been 5/5.
