Review of Overall Experience

I was very pleased with our experience. The sales representative was a little inflexible and a little less communicative than I'd consider ideal but the experience from that point on was very good. The design centre representative was very helpful and the selection of finishes available was good, allowing us enough ability to customize our home such that it feels like ours even prior to putting our own touches on it after moving in. The quality of the build seems to be very good. We've had no surprises with the systems of our home and the overall fit and finish is excellent. Overall, we are very pleased with our home and would not hesitate to recommend Great Gulf or work with them again ourselves.
