To start off with we want to say all the people we worked with were great - Jessica, Barry, and Nadine. As well as all the subcontractor people - Superlite, Superior Cabinets, The Floor Show. They all helped make the process simple and easy. We were disappointed with the garage man door, it's very plain. It should have some paneling on it. We would have upgraded this if we had known. We have 2 bedroom windows and 2 great room windows. Only 1 window in each room opens. We definitely would have changed these to all being able to open, but we didn't know to do that. We found plumbing upgrades to be very high. Electrical pricing was also very high. We added a few extra outlets but the price for this was very expensive considering they're running the wire anyway. Also pricing in the beginning could have been more transparent. Our overall experience was very good and we are very happy with our new home from Foxridge.

It’s very difficult to complete the survey because I still have several outstanding tasks to complete. We moved in on December 18, 2025. We had a sprinkler system that wasn’t blown out, causing some damage to the property. I specifically asked your real estate agent about it seven or eight times, and they assured me it had been blown out. I also have a screenshot to prove this. There was over 16000 liters of water that flooded the outside of my property. Additionally, the garage has gaps that allow sunlight to enter and rodents. This was a show home for a parade of homes twice consecutively, so I find it hard to believe that no one noticed these deficiencies. You had almost a year and a half to two years to address them and if you don’t have someone to walk a house that was just built you should probably invest in that.

Building with Foxridge was an awesome experience from start to finish. We had heard about different negative issues with builders. eg. hidden charges, poor after sakes service , unresponsiveness after possession.etc but with Foxridge, we didn't experience any of these. Our deficiencies noted during possession have all been completed except one. Quality of build is great. People always ask for the builder whenever they visit our home. Even people that did some installation after possession commented on the quality of materials and finishing. Foxridge was also not just about delivering the build but also ensuring that the build was per standard including the aesthetics. I am so glad we went with Foxridge.
