Great sales personnel and construction personnel - a 10 out of 10. The warranty personnel appear to be a 10 out of 10 as well. Office personnel was much too inflexible. There were many things that I was not allowed to do which would have made the experience much better. My perception of the office staff was a 6 out of 10. By the way, I never met any of the office staff. Their communications came via email or through the sales personnel.
The main bedroom switch buttons installed at the back of the door, you have to close the door completely if you you want to turn on light, design error, Secondly they added a basic fridge for 1988 Sq feet house, Third thing is within one week a drawer in the kitchen broke. Asked a guy to fix it, it broke again, not much happy.

Was not too bad but could be better
Our experience with Crystal Creek has been great. The area manager and team were very responsive and friendly. They catered to every concern and got all our queries answered in a timely manner. Overall the build quality has been great, and post possession the team has been quite responsive to any issues that came up, usually solving it within a day or two. We are happy and satisfied with our place and would recommend Crystal Creek to others.
Design is good and very good customer service!
Overall it was a great experience. However, since we purchased a show home we did not feel like it was cleaned well before handing it over. There was a lot of dust in the kitchen cabinets and blinds. The appliances had hand and water marks.
