So far we've had mixed experiences, in general fortunately we don't have big issues with the home and we're satisfied.
It's unfortunate that our experience with CC was not what we expected...such a missed opportunity engage us as homeowners, to demonstrate the abilities and competence that we were lead to believe CC possessed when we signed the agreement to build our forever home. We really were anticipating that this experience, (while we knew there would be some stress along the journey), would be something we would feel good about, and the memories made during the project would be ones that we would look back on fondly and with a smile. If there is ONE thing to take away, it would be repeatedly adopt the vision of "if you wouldn't do it in YOUR home, don't do it in OTHER's home"...have a vision and mission statement as an organization - something that sets you apart from the other builders, something that shows clients that CC DOES care, and that they take the same care as if it was their own "forever home". And if people in the organization fall short of that vision and mandate, then they are not the right fit for CC.
The sales team right from the beginning were very friendly and helpful unlike other show homes, who look at what your wearing and then decide if they want to help you. I am a ex-banker and you never know who you're dealing with when they walk through the doors, could be nobody but could be a multi millionaire. Guneet was fabulous and very knowledgeable and was always there when we needed her, keep up the great work Guneet, we can't comment on the after sales service but soon we will need items followed up.

Great builder with excellent turn around time.
Great sales personnel and construction personnel - a 10 out of 10. The warranty personnel appear to be a 10 out of 10 as well. Office personnel was much too inflexible. There were many things that I was not allowed to do which would have made the experience much better. My perception of the office staff was a 6 out of 10. By the way, I never met any of the office staff. Their communications came via email or through the sales personnel.
The main bedroom switch buttons installed at the back of the door, you have to close the door completely if you you want to turn on light, design error, Secondly they added a basic fridge for 1988 Sq feet house, Third thing is within one week a drawer in the kitchen broke. Asked a guy to fix it, it broke again, not much happy.
