Review of Overall Experience
Generally pretty good. Our sales manager was great. There were some miscommunications regarding our pantry which resulted in us not getting the pantry we want. Long story short, by adding an office, I don't think we could but there were months of back and forth with the sales manager, construction manager and compliance person with differing answers from everyone which was super frustrating. I am also a little surprised that Coventry did not really provide any like move in thank you basket or anything. We built our last house with Rohit which was a $385k duplex and got a welcome basket with candles, blankets, cutting boards, soap, towels, bedsheets, welcome mat, and random house things. We built a $725k home with Coventry and I mean there was some paper tower, toilet paper, and some basic necessities which was nice but we were quite underwhelmed considering the difference in what the builder provided as a cute welcome for a $375k home versus a $725k firm.
