Review of Overall Experience
We have had a positive experience thus far. We receive a lot of compliments on our home and have nothing but great things to say about Conventry Homes. There are various items that need to be addressed but that is expected with new construction and we are confident that Coventry Homes will address these items at the 3 month inspection. Overall, our position remains the same as prior to possession and we will continue to recommend Conventry Homes to friends and family.

Review of Overall Experience
Overall, the process from sales to construction was amazing. Our sales representatives Kang and Robert were extremely attentive to details and quick to respond to all concerns. Josh and Ben were also amazing during the entire construction process. Our main issue at this time is with Kitchen Craft and the deficiencies in our expensive, upgraded cabinetry throughout the home. A lot of deficiencies were noted in the pre possession walkthrough (missing knobs, incorrect cabinets, scratches), and we were told by the site super that Kitchen craft will reach out to remedy these. Since then we’ve noted many more deficiencies throughout, which we emailed to Coventry, and have yet to hear from them or Kitchen craft. As well, we noted many deficiencies at pre possession walk (and afterwards) with our stained maple railings (peeling) and are also waiting to hear from Coventry on this.
