From the moment we walked into the Show Home and met Jade, Sales Manager, we have had a very positive experience building with Coventry Homes. She was patient, gave us great ideas and she found the right lot for us. We went on to work with Joel and then Pam who were both great at keeping us informed of the progress of our home and willing to go to bat for us if needed. Working with Ken, our Site Supervisor, was very comfortable. He addressed any concerns we had and went beyond on a few details. Our Choices by Design appointment with McKenzie was relaxing. She was very helpful and honest and we love all the choices we made that day with her. We would also like to mention Dianne at reception and Fatin in finance, who were always pleasant and helpful.

It's been an awesome experience with Coventry Homes. The rooms are very spacious with good lighting, the materials are solid with no fault for now. It's been 4 weeks of happy living in our new home. Thank you

I loved this house from the second we walked through. Now that we are in it, there have been issues that keep popping up. The warranty team has been amazing and super responsive. The biggest issue has been the masonry work in the master bathroom was done very poorly and has resulted in leaks but of course you find these things out as you live in the space. The other thing I would say could have been improved is the underlay used under the carpet. The carpet is very nice and you expect it to feel soft and cushioned as you step on it but that was not the case.

Although some individuals were great, our overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. The referral program was not honored, and it felt like every excuse was used to avoid paying it out. We were even told it would need to come from our realtor, which is unacceptable. Between our experience and similar issues our neighbour has faced, we will not be recommending and will be sharing our experience honestly with others.
