It's been an awesome experience with Coventry Homes. The rooms are very spacious with good lighting, the materials are solid with no fault for now. It's been 4 weeks of happy living in our new home. Thank you

I loved this house from the second we walked through. Now that we are in it, there have been issues that keep popping up. The warranty team has been amazing and super responsive. The biggest issue has been the masonry work in the master bathroom was done very poorly and has resulted in leaks but of course you find these things out as you live in the space. The other thing I would say could have been improved is the underlay used under the carpet. The carpet is very nice and you expect it to feel soft and cushioned as you step on it but that was not the case.

Although some individuals were great, our overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. The referral program was not honored, and it felt like every excuse was used to avoid paying it out. We were even told it would need to come from our realtor, which is unacceptable. Between our experience and similar issues our neighbour has faced, we will not be recommending and will be sharing our experience honestly with others.

We are incredibly satisified with the professionalism and support that we received from Coventry throughout the building of our home. Despite some last-minute manufacturer recalls and changes introduced to the home via our cabinet contractor, Coventry remained committed to staying on top of the necessary trades to ensure that the required work did not impact us or the home. We want to extend a very special thank you to Darren, our sales executive, to McKenzie and Alysha for their incredible guidance when it came to our interior and exterior design choices, and to both Matt and Cameron, our site supervisors, who did an incredible job bringing our vision to life. We are incredibly satisfied with our home.
