We feel at the price point our home was not very good value apart from the view. We also feel that some items which we have had to purchase should have been included and that Cole West could have been more flexible in allowing customers more options, not major building options, but more user friendly options (for example non-slam toilet seats instead of the cheap ones provided standard!)
